Today TM coordinates a full range of services in the field of architectural design and construction of industrial and social facilities.

WHAT WE DO
As a construction investment company, we primarily serve as investors and developers for our projects. Throughout our years in business, we've carried out various activities, including feasibility studies, project concept development, sourcing financing from international financial institutions, providing architectural and MEP services, coordinating projects, obtaining permits, addressing legal concerns, and the most exciting part – constructing and bringing the projects to life. We have a powerful network of partners worldwide, from whom we source consultancy and other services to ensure successful project implementation. Our TM team serves as the coordinator and management team to achieve the best results for our projects.
OUR CORE BUSINESS DIRECTION
Hotels and Branded Residences
As the first Marriott Project in Ukraine, having the experience in working with the biggest hotel operator in the world we plan to continue working in hospitality sector for the various hotel project that we already have in pipeline.
Residential Buildings
As most of out team is coming from the residential building construction we are intended to fill the niche of the midscale & upscale residential building & complexes all over Ukraine thereby attracting the best international architect and designers.
Recreational Complexes
Having experiences with recreation centre in West Part of Ukraine we would like to expand the projects in Hospitality to Recreational complexes with the unique nature features all over Ukraine.
